ECO was honored to welcome Prof. Konstantinos Chaidas from Greece, who shared his valuable experience in microwave ablation during his visit to Taif and Jeddah.
The event brought together dozens of local doctors, who highly praised the speed and efficiency of ECO’s microwave ablation technology. Under Prof. Chaidas’ guidance, the hospital also successfully performed its 1st thyroid microwave ablation case — a significant milestone for the adoption of this technology in Saudi Arabia.
This marks another solid step in promoting thyroid microwave ablation across the Kingdom and the Middle East. With continued collaboration between international experts and local teams, ECO remains committed to expanding access to safer, faster, and more effective treatment options for patients worldwide.
